Buffalo Chicken Dip

 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken

  • 4 ounces light cream cheese

  • 3/4 cup low-fat sour cream

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce

  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

 

Directions

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, blue cheese, and white wine vinegar until smooth.

  2. Add the chicken and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

  3. Serve warm.
