Creamy Palmini
INGREDIENTS
½ can of Palmini linguine
1 oz ground beef
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 oz parmesan
1.5 tbsp heavy cream
handful of spinach
1 clove garlic, minced
salt + pepper
red pepper flakes
basil (optional topping)

Strain Palmini in a colander and rinse well.
Brown ground meat in a pan sprayed with olive oil until no longer pink.
Using a slotted spoon, transfer meat into a separate bowl.
In the same pan, sautee the tomatoes and garlic in the residual oil until they are soft and blistered.
Incorporate the Palmini, cooked ground beef, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add spinach, heavy cream, and parmesan. Stir until the sauce is smooth and the spinach has cooked down.
Top with basil and extra parmesan if desired and enjoy!
