Goat Cheese Bacon Flatbread
ingredients
1 cutdacarb flatbread
2 oz goat cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked & torn
Arugula
1 of each, yellow, orange, and red bell peppers roasted, peeled, and sliced
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
On a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay flatbread and spray with oil.
Top with goat cheese, sliced peppers, and pieces of bacon.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired done-ness.
Remove from the oven, top with arugula, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
Tips
*To easily peel peppers, cut in half and bake at 375 until slightly charred. Place in a ziplock bag to steam for 10 minutes. Remove skin and slice.
