Grilled Mini Peppers with Goat Cheese
INGREDIENTS
1 pound mini sweet peppers
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
4 oz. goat cheese
kosher salt and pepper
rosemary
thyme
Maldon finishing salt
DIRECTIONS
Slice and de-seed peppers.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Char peppers cut-side down, then flip.
Stuff with goat cheese, sprinkle with herbs, finish with Maldon salt.
