Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain cream cheese
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1 cup raw spinach, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Mix together the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together..
Place the mixture into a baking dish that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with pork clouds, bell peppers, zucchini, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, jicama, cherry tomatoes, or baby carrots.
